Every project at Lei Xing Studio begins with curiosity. We start by researching history, culture, and human rituals to uncover the emotional reason a place exists – who will inhabit it, what experiences it will hold, and what memories will be created there. Our work occupies a realm between worlds: classic and contemporary, East and West, refined and daring. Projects are treated as living environments rather than staged moments: these environments evolve alongside the people who inhabit them. Founded by designer and artist Lei Xing, the Studio moves fluidly between architecture, interior design, and art direction. With over 15 years’ experience designing hotels, restaurants, and residences across the U.S. and internationally, Lei’s approach is rooted in craft and personalization. Research shapes the concept; intuition shapes the feeling. From overall spatial strategy to the smallest detail that more than meets the eye, every element is intentional. We collaborate with artisans and fabricators across the globe to realize custom commissions, collectible objects, and installations that add emotional weight and artistic value to the setting. Rather than just decorating, we reveal what really matters – honoring history, elevating personal rituals, and giving our clients a space that carries meaning. Our interiors hold past, present, and future in one continuous expression – a mirrored timeless journey shaped by those who live within them.
