Casa La Roca is an 111-key motel transformation in Oakhurst, CA — one of the two primary gateway towns just fourteen miles from Yosemite National Park. Inspired by the architectural rhythm of traditional casita courtyards, the design nurtures a fluid connection between indoors and outdoors. Previously overlooked exterior areas were reimagined into an expansive social lounge anchored by a pop-up F&B window, encouraging casual gathering and movement throughout the property. The experience is easygoing and playful — positioned as a “world-away getaway” for Bay Area and Los Angeles travelers seeking adventure in Yosemite.
